POLICY

Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped or entered production.
  
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• No Returns/Refunds after 14 days from date of purchase. Please contact us before you return the merchandise for approval.
• Items must be in their original purchase condition, and must include original receipt and documentations. You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Custom orders are final sale and not refundable and non-exchangeable.
• If a website item is a custom made order or final sale, we will contact you for approval before we proceed with the order.
